As of version 10.1, the Server Manager application built on the .NET Web ADF technology is no longer being developed or having issues fixed.Workaround
Rename or clear the contents of the '92ManagerBackUpgrade' folder prior to attempting to edit and upgrade the web application. This folder is located in <a href="file:C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/{webapp" target="_blank">C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\{webapp</a> name}\.Steps to Reproduce
