Workaround
Workaround 1When we create a feature class, if we type one field name, say ENABLED then immediately after that set a data type for this field and move to next field name, and set that field's data type and domain, and so on, the problem is not reproducible. So, let us say this way is like left-->right-->(down) and left-->right and so on.Workaround 2When we create a feature class, if we type all the field names first, then set data types and domains for those fields from top to down, the problem is not reproducible. Like top-->down, (right) and top-->down.Workaround 3Use the ArcToolbox>Data Management>Domains>Remove Domain from Field tool to remove the domain.
