Unsecured ArcGIS Server services in the ArcGIS Online web map require Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) login credentials to be provided again when viewing services in the web map while signed in to ArcGIS Collector with ArcGIS Online IWA credentials.

Additional Information

ArcGIS Collector is retired from the iOS and Android app stores and replaced by ArcGIS Field Maps. The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Field Maps. If this issue persists, contact Esri Support Services.
