Unregistering ArcGIS Server on Windows 2019 machine (with the ArcGIS Server service turned off) from the multi-machine site, using file server for file directories leaves artifacts in directories of the unregistered machine.

Workaround
The folder cleans up if running the test while the ArcGIS Server Windows service is running (for example, ArcGIS Server web server is responsive).
Note: It is still problematic because if ArcGIS Server on a machine breaks and is unable to turn off the service, the machine cannot be removed from the site entirely.
