Bug

Unregistering a folder data store item does not remove the associated volume and volumeMount specifications from the service deployment YAMLs, causing the pods to fail to start due to inaccessible storage.

Additional Information

No direct fix will be implemented, since all service deployments must be refreshed or restarted when an unregister of the NFS file share occurs in ArcGIS Server. Doing this can cause significant disruption and instability in the system. Instead, a new resource is provided in the administrative API: admin/services/refreshAllServices. This operation (always runs asynchronously) can be used to refresh all services at a time of the customer's choice. It will also refresh the service deployments in batches to avoid stability issues when there is a large number of by-reference services.
