Workaround

1. Isolate the virtual server for services that have datumtransformation defined.2. Create service 1 (with datum transformation) using Imageserver 1.3. Create service 2 (Without datum transformation) using Imageserver2.4. Both Imageserver1 and Imageserver2 share the same spatial server.5. Both services worked as expected.
