Unique values symbology from a layer is not retained correctly when publishing a feature layer symbolized on a date field from ArcGIS Pro to ArcGIS Online.

This is not a Map Viewer issue. The ArcGIS Pro authored map is writing the date value as a string. The date is not stored in a string value but is stored in a epoch value. This means the mapping do not match when the web map has a string and the service requires an epoch. Sample layer has value of: 11/15/2023 3:00:00 AM Expected would be: 1700017200000Steps to Reproduce
