Additional Information
Click the 'Set an expression' option (at the right of the Field 1 drop-down box in the Symbology pane) and write the formula: Round($feature.Acreage, 3) Since the user is able to set the number of decimals shown in Unique Value renderer labels using this method, the bug is closed.Workaround
Manually set the label for each symbol class to the desired number of decimals.
