Description
Uninstalling Silverlight Builder removes the sites.xml file, causing all existing Silverlight applications to not be displayed by the software.Workaround
To upgrade Silverlight Builder, do not uninstall it first. Perform an in-place upgrade. To perform an in-place upgrade:
1. Reinstall Silverlight.
2. Click the Upgrade button.
