Additional Information

When installing ArcGIS Pro, creates a default license registry entry in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE (HKLM). However changes made in ArcGIS Pro is stored in HKEY_CURRENT_USER (HKCU). This is by design so that a reinstall or upgrade of ArcGIS Pro maintains the setting last set to.
