Additional Information

This issue is non-reproducible using Python in ArcGIS Pro 3.6 with the geodatabase toolbox using ListTools, not dir(), on both Concurrent Use and Named User license type

Workaround

  • Use a Named User or Single Use license.
  • Use the .atpx format instead of the .tpx format.
