- Use the basemaps from ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World or add basemaps to the organization’s default group or to a new custom group. Refer to Create a custom basemap gallery for your organization.
- Set the organization’s region as United States using an administrator account. The contents of the basemap gallery differs based on the region setting.
