Additional Information

The sharing procedure described is not the correct procedure for sharing the results of a survey. The user should share via the 'Collaborate' tab of survey123.arcgis.com, specifically in the 'Share results' section. This creates the appropriate view (for hosted services) and also enable the correct linkage to identify the view (or feature service, if a view cannot be created) as the resource to use for viewing results. Workaround

For public survey forms, users with the Viewer role are not directly logged in. The workaround is to open the Survey123 for ArcGIS website in a browser tab, and sign in as Viewer. In the same browser session, open another tab and navigate to the survey form. The Viewer is logged into the survey form.

However, the workaround is not easy to use and it is extremely hard for clients to demand each customer who accesses this overview.
