Additional Information

This template is using a grid-theme, thus the select multiple question would need to set the width as well. If the appearance is set to "w8 horizontal" for select multiple questions, it displays the choice just fine. Similar to the Inspector question, the appearance is set to "w8 horizontal-compact" and the list displays fine. Set the width for each select multiple question and it should honor the setting.
