Additional Information
An update on the workflow was implemented for ArcGIS Pro 2.8 and newer. Each BIM file (Revit of IFC) must have an associated .prj file for the BIM file workspace to display on the correct location as the BIM File workspace does not read the coordinate system from the scene or map.
Workaround
Downgrade to ArcGIS Pro 2.7 and to use the Revit model.
