Additional Information

The word 'where' is a reserved keyword of the ArcGIS Online (AGOL) database/feature service. Reserved keywords are added to the XLS spreadsheets used by Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS to prevent a form to be published with it.

Workaround

Do not use the word 'where' as a Database Field Name. Add a letter at the beginning or end of the word.
