Unable to view attachments on a map image layer in Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer.

Workaround

There are two workarounds available after internal testing and reproducing the behavior.

• Open Map Viewer Classic and add the hosted map image layer.
  • Attachments are available through the typical select feature in the map function.
  • Pop-up displays available attachments at the bottom of the window as expected.
• Publish the polygon feature class as a hosted feature layer.
  • Attachments are available through the typical select feature in the map function.
  • Pop-up displays available attachments at the bottom of the window as expected.
