1. Open a new map on ArcGIS Online.2. Add > Add layer from web.3. Keep ArcGIS Server Web Service selected.4. Paste this address in the URL field: <a href="https://traffic.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/Traffic/MapServer" target="_blank">https://traffic.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/Traffic/MapServer</a>5. Select Add Layer.The key here is the change from http to https.Steps to Reproduce
