Unable to use the form elements of the ArcGIS Field Maps form when publishing a feature layer from an incompatible PostgreSQL database.

Additional Information
This is expected behavior in the Field Maps Designer web app. The basic form elements are only available for hosted feature services in ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0+. If using byReference feature services or older versions of ArcGIS Enterprise, those form elements are not available to be used.Workaround
- Publish the layers as hosted layers.
- Alternatively, upgrade the version of the PostgreSQL database to one supported with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise. Refer to https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/system-requirements/11.0/windows/database-requirements-postgresql.htm for more information.
If updating the database version does not fix the behavior, using hosted layers is necessary.
