Unable to use the ArcGIS Location Sharing license from the ArcGIS Hub Community organization unless the role has the 'View all' privilege.

Workaround

1. Return to the ArcGIS Hub Community organization with administrator credentials.

2. Create a group, add the default Location Sharing feature layer to the group, and add the user to the group.

3. Remove the 'View all' administrative privileges from the user's role.

The license can be used correctly in ArcGIS Field Maps.
