Unable to use preplanned map areas generated from Portal for ArcGIS in ArcGIS Field Maps. Opening the map area causes it to be stuck on Generating.

ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1 is in mature support and no longer receives patches. Contact Esri Support Services if the issue persists.

Use an ad-hoc offline area creation in the app.
