Workaround

  • When using a Japanese keyboard, press Ctrl + Shift + ^.
  • Change the keyboard shortcut. Press F12 anywhere in the application to access the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog. This workflow is supported beginning at ArcGIS Pro 3.2.
