Unable to use any third party authentication (Enterprise Logins, OAuth2, Single Sign On) through ArcGIS Online when using Windows 10 Anniversary Edition (Build 1607) and the Microsoft Edge browser.

Additional Information

Unable to reproduce this issue. User was able to login successfully to ArcGIS Online using a SAML(ADFS) account on Windows 10 (1607) using the Microsoft Edge browser.

Workaround

Use a different Windows 10 build, or a different browser.
