Unable to use a non-English language URL of Creative Commons to update the Terms of Use in ArcGIS Hub, the URL defaults to the English site.

Additional Information
Non-English Creative Commons is not supported. However, this is an interesting enhancement idea. Please open an ENH request to be considered on its merits.Workaround
When taken to the Creative Commons page after the link defaults to the English version, there is an option in the top right corner to adjust the language settings of the site; however, the link should automatically direct to the specified language.
