Additional Information
If the ArcGIS Survey123 app has limited (private) access to photos on an iOS device, when an image that the app does not have access to is selected, the image is not uploaded to the image or file question on the form. Make sure the selected photo is accessible to the app if ArcGIS Survey123 does not have full access to the photos.Steps to Reproduce
