Additional Information
Verify that Survey123 has the necessary OS permissions to access images in the photo gallery. To check iOS permissions: - Open the Settings application. - Select Privacy & Security. - Select Photos. - Select Survey123. - Verify Survey123 either has Full Access or Limited Access. If Limited Access is selected, ensure that the uploaded image in Survey123 is one of the images that has access enabled.Workaround
Use the capture option to take a picture.
