Additional Information

This is currently a limitation of the current Add Data widget. The max record count value for a service is not related to the maximum number of records that can be submitted to the Add Data widget.

Workaround

  • In ArcGIS Online, add an item from My Content.
  • Use the Add option from ArcGIS Online Map Viewer or Map Viewer Classic.
