Unable to upload a 3D scene layer to ArcGIS Online when the file is not inside a file geodatabase. The file fails to upload and returns the error “External Sharing Process Failed”.

This issue is not reproducible in the latest version (ArcGIS Pro 3.3) based on the information provided. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services and reference this issue's record number.Workaround
- If caching locally, make sure the file is in a geodatabase by using the Feature Class To Geodatabase tool before uploading.
- Use the 'Cache online' option in the Configuration tab, and this works as expected.
