Additional Information

ArcGIS 10.5.1 Oracle critical issues and 12.2.0.1 support Patch prompts for the upgrade on a 10.5.1 Oracle geodatabase. A geodatabase created at or upgraded by Pro 2.0 (10.5.1.2.0 Geodatabase) is at a higher release than this patch, hence the upgrade is not enabled on the 10.5.1.2.0 geodatabase.
