Additional Information

This behavior is as designed. According to the API document - the redo or undo actions for drawing (https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/3/jsapi/undomanager.html), the default value of maxOperations is 10, which is the designed behavior.

Workaround

Use the Clear button.
