Unable to to select a hosted feature layer and view the pop-up when the hosted feature layer is set to 100% transparency in an ArcGIS Online web map in Collector for ArcGIS (Classic) and Collector for ArcGIS (Beta) on an Android device.

Additional Information
This is an expected behavior in Collector for ArcGIS on an Android device when working with layers set to 100% transparency.Workaround
- Log in with the ArcGIS Online credential. Click Content.
- Open the web map containing the hosted feature layer in Map Viewer.
- Click More Option (the ellipsis icon) > Transparency.
- Set the transparency value to any values of less than or equal to 99%.
- The hosted feature layer is now selectable in Collector for ArcGIS (Classic) and the pop-up appears.
