The team is investigating. The workaround until it is soon resolved is to add the Natural Earth and VectorStreetMap maps as layers if needed in the compilation panel.Workaround
Use the VectorStreetMap or Natural Earth layers as basemaps instead of layers by changing the basemap through the Basemap Gallery.
