Refer to https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662 for the deprecation notice. This issue is not reproducible in Map Viewer (4.x JS SDK). We recommend users use Map Viewer for all their workflows.
