Unable to switch to custom basemap with map service in the Basemap Gallery widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder. Missing URLs when importing them into the Basemap Gallery widget.

Workaround
Choose the 'Configure custom basemaps' option and import the basemaps. Once the basemap are added, edit each custom basemap individually and observe that some of the URLs are missing. Find the URLs needed and copy/paste them for each custom basemap.
