Unable to switch the location providers from 'Integrated Receiver' to the 'Trimble R2' device using ArcGIS Collector on a Windows 10 tablet running on the Windows 10 operating system (Version 1909, OS Build 18363.1016).

Workaround
This issue is resolved by performing a rollback from Windows 10 (Version 1909, OS Build 18363.1016) to Windows 10 (Version 1803, OS Build 1713.1304). However, this is not reproducible since a rollback is unable to be performed on a Windows 10 device.
