Additional Information

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Survey123 3.11 and is no longer reproducible.

Workaround

  • Upgrade ArcGIS Survey123 to 3.11.
  • Use new - rear in the appearance column of the .xlsform, and it defaults to the rear camera. However, switching back to the front camera is not supported.
