Unable to store tolerance values in the Ready To Use Duplicate Vertex rule of ArcGIS Pro Arcade Attribute Rules using the Norwegian system locale, with the default decimal separator as comma.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.Workaround
In the Control Panel, under the Additional Settings of the Norwegian Bokmal (Norway) Format, set the decimal symbol as period ' . '. Enter the value as 0.002 and it retains after reopening the validation pane.
