Workaround

Change the default Filegroup for the database to the intended Filegroup where the objects to be created. Any objects created without explicit storage clauses creates on the default Filegroup. Once the objects have been created, change the default Filegroup back to primary Filegroup.<a href="http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb522469.aspx" target="_blank">http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb522469.aspx</a> (look at the 2nd to last example)
