This issue cannot be reproduced.
Workaround
- Set Microsoft Edge as the default browser in Windows while ArcGIS Pro is running.
- Create a Microsoft Edge profile (edge://settings/profiles).
- In ArcGIS Pro, navigate to Settings > Portals.
- Sign in using the browser.
Note: This workaround does not work with Google Chrome as the default browser because Google Chrome only allows profiles with Google accounts.
