Unable to share to a created group when the Custom member roles sharing setting is unchecked for 'make group visible to public' and a created groups setting for 'What items in the group can its members update?' is set to all items.

Additional Information
This is a known limitation within Map Viewer in ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online which is not specific to member role or privilege. Sharing a web map in Map Viewer to a group with update capabilities is not supported.Workaround
The workaround is to share the web map to the group with update capabilities from the Content page.
