Unable to set a hosted layer as a data source for creating reports in ArcGIS Pro.

Workaround

1. Add the hosted layer in Contents:

1. Create a report by selecting the same layer from the drop-down list for the Data source option in the Create New Report tab.

2. Change the data source to hosted layer for created reports:

1. Add any hosted layer (to be set as a data source) in Contents of the map.
2. Switch to the Report tab.
3. Right-click on Report in Content.
4. Click Properties > Source > Browse for Data source.
5. Select Maps under the Project option.
6. Select the hosted layer to be used.
