This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Survey123 when the proper workflow for selecting multiple features in a list (select the top feature in the desired section, press and hold the Shift key, then click the bottom feature in the desired section) is used. If the issue reoccurs, contact Esri Support Services for further investigation.Workaround
- Sort the records twice.
- Use the shift key to select multiple records.
