Additional Information
Interactive selection is not available for data from enterprise geodatabases for some chart types such as bar charts, line charts, histograms, and scatter plots. Refer to the ArcGIS Pro 'Interact with a chart' documentation.Workaround
Export the feature layer to a local file geodatabase (FGDB) for query in the chart.
