Batch geoprocessing works by changing a single value input parameter into a multivalue input parameter, where each item in the multivalue is looped through. The Table To Excel tool already supports multiple input tables to convert to excel, and there are not any other parameters that are suitable for turning into a multivalue to enable batch geoprocessing. The 'Batch' option in this tool's context menu is to be disabled starting in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.Steps to Reproduce
