This issue will not be addressed within the current product support cycle. If the issue persists in a supported release, contact Esri Support Services. It is recommended to migrate to map services published from ArcGIS Pro, where the issue is not reproducible in new releases.Workaround
Make a query on geometry and statistic on the service using the copy data option.
