Additional Information
On ArcGIS Online user can "Open in Map Viewer", then on the content panel, hover to the three dot (...) icon and from the drop down menu choose "Set View Definition" -> Define Fields. And from there you can turn on/off all fields that need to show on the view layer.Workaround
Use one of the following workarounds:- Create a new view.
- Update the following two properties in the Layer Definition from the REST Administrator Directory to make the field visible.
- "lastEditDate" : null
- "visible" : true,
