Unable to see attachments on the related table after adding an offline area map in Collector for ArcGIS (iOS).

Workaround

  • Do not add the offline area and take the map offline.
  • When using the map online, the attachments is seen on the related table with no issues.
  • Alternatively, using Collector for ArcGIS (Android) works as expected.
