Unable to secure a web application created through ArcGIS Server Manager using the users or administrators groups in Windows.

This issue will not be addressed in a future release because this software is deprecated.Workaround
Two workarounds found:1. Disable security for the web application through ArcGIS Server Manager but leave Integrated Windows Authentication enabled in IIS. This will prompt for a username and password and will accept it. Any security updates for the web application would need to be handled within IIS.2. Create a new Windows group and add the users to that group. When the web application is secured with this new group, users will be able to login and access it successfully.Steps to Reproduce
