Additional Information

ArcGIS Server 10.0 is no longer supported, and has not been since January 1st 2016. https://support.esri.com/en/Products/Enterprise/arcgis-server/ArcGIS-Server/10-7-1#product-support Upgrade ArcGIS Server to a supported version in order to proceed.
