Unable to save changes to the Survey status under the Collaborate tab when the survey contains over 10 MB of images in the Notes question type in a survey published from ArcGIS Survey123.

This is a duplicate of BUG-000124952: The reproduction steps described are substantially identical (adding media external to the Survey, which is stored in the 'media' folder).Workaround
- In ArcGIS Survery 123, navigate to the Design tab of the published survey.
- Remove photos until the survey contains less than 10 MB.
- Publish the survey.
- In the Collaborate tab, adjust the Survey status and save the changes.
- Re-add the photos and save the changes.
- Republish the survey.
